Location : Greater Noida, Alpha 1 We are looking for a passionate and motivated MERN Stack Developer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js , along with a solid understanding of RESTful APIs and responsive UI design. This role is perfect for developers who enjoy working on end-to-end solutions from frontend user interfaces to backend API integrations in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will work closely with senior developers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to build high-quality, scalable applications that deliver an excellent user experience. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) . Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Implement responsive and interactive user interfaces with React.js and Redux/Context API . Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and libraries. Work with MongoDB for data modeling, schema design, and database optimization. Collaborate with designers and backend teams to ensure seamless integration between UI and APIs. Debug and troubleshoot issues to maintain application performance and reliability. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily standups. Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks in the JavaScript ecosystem. Technical Skills Required Frontend React.js (Hooks, Context API, Zustand, Tanstack query) Tailwind CSS , Material-UI , or Chakra UI for UI components React Router DOM for navigation and routing Formik + Yup for form validation Axios / Fetch API for API calls Tiptap / ProseMirror / Quill for editor integration and customization Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser optimization Backend Solid Understanding of MVC and Data structures Node.js and Express.js for RESTful API development JWT / Passport.js / bcrypt.js / OAuth2 for authentication Stripe / Razorpay / PayPal SDKs for payment processing and webhook handling Swagger / Postman for API documentation and testing Nodemailer for transactional emails (verification, password reset) express-validator / Joi for input validation Winston / Morgan for logging Database & Storage MongoDB with Mongoose ORM MongoDB Atlas / Compass for cloud database management Redis (optional) for caching and session management AWS S3 / Cloudinary for file and media storage AI Integration Working knowledge of OpenAI API , Hugging Face , or LangChain Preferred / Bonus Skills Experience with TypeScript or Next.js . Familiarity with cloud deployment platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Vercel. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker) . Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum processes . Knowledge of performance optimization and security best practices in web applications. Screening Parameters Demonstrable experience in building full-stack web applications using the MERN stack. Understanding of REST API integration and front-end state management. Ability to share GitHub repositories, project demos, or portfolio links. Clear understanding of component-based architecture in React.js and server-side logic in Node.js.
