As a Web Developer at our company, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust and scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with the development team to design, implement, and test new features. - Optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability. - Writing clean, well-structured, and efficient code that adheres to best practices. - Troubleshooting and debugging application issues. - Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in the MERN stack. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - 1-2 years of experience in MERN stack development. - Strong understanding of JavaScript and its modern features (ES6+). - Proficiency in React.js and its ecosystem (Redux, Context API, Hooks). - Experience with Node.js and Express.js for building server-side applications. - Knowledge of MongoDB for database management. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and API design principles. - Experience with version control systems (Git). - Good problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
