Job Title - MERN Stack Developer

Experience - 6+ Years

Location - Chennai , Hyderabad , Pune

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled

MERN Stack Developer

with strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in

MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js

, and experienced in end-to-end application development including UI, backend services, API integration, deployment, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
Build reusable, clean, and scalable code following industry best practices.
Develop responsive UI components using React.js and modern frontend workflows.

Backend & API Engineering

Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend components.
Build secure backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
Implement authentication, authorization, and security protocols (JWT, OAuth, API Security).

Performance & Optimization

Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across the stack.

Collaboration & Agile Delivery

Work closely with UI/UX designers to convert wireframes into functional components.
Collaborate with QA, Product, and cross-functional teams for seamless delivery.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, and code reviews.

Version Control & Deployment

Utilize Git/GitHub/GitLab for version control, branching, and code reviews.
Work with CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB.
Experience in frontend development, backend development, and API integrations.
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend tools.
Experience with authentication frameworks and security best practices.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Experience working in Agile development environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
Knowledge of TypeScript is an advantage.
Exposure to containerization tools like Docker is preferred.
