MERN Stack Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, Next.js, PostgreSQL, and GraphQL.
The ideal candidate will lead the development of scalable, high-performance web applications and mentor a team of developers while driving best coding practices and architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications using MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and Next.js.
• Build efficient APIs using GraphQL and integrate them with the frontend.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Manage database design, schema, and performance tuning in PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA for seamless product delivery.
• Ensure code quality through regular code reviews and adherence to best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest web technologies and trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, React.js, Next.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with GraphQL API design and implementation.
• Deep understanding of RESTful API architecture and frontend-backend integration.
• Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,200,000.00 per year
