Role Overview: We are seeking a MERN Stack Developer (2 years experience) to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of the MERN stack and experience in developing web applications. You will work on coding, API integrations, and debugging, while collaborating with the team to deliver quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices
• Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services
• Collaborate with the team on design, development, testing, and deployment
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 2 years of professional experience in MERN stack development
• Strong expertise in:
• React.js (components, hooks, basic state management – Redux/Context is a plus)
• Node.js & Express.js (REST APIs, middleware, routing)
• MongoDB (CRUD operations, schema design)
• Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• Familiarity with Git/version control and REST API integration
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

• Exposure to Next.js or TypeScript
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress)
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or DevOps practices
