Role & responsibilities

Role Overview:

Architecture & Design:
Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using the full MERN stack.
Development:
Write clean, efficient, well-documented code for both front-end (React) and back-end (Node/Express).
API Development:
Design and build robust RESTful APIs and potentially GraphQL services, managing asynchronous operations.
Database Management:
Design MongoDB schemas, optimize queries, and implement advanced features like aggregation pipelines.
Performance:
Optimize application performance, debug complex issues, and ensure high reliability.
Mentorship:
Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
DevOps:
Manage version control (Git) and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers.
