Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Mern Stack Developer role located in Ahmedabad. We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building scalable, high-performance web applications and have excellent English communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain modern web applications using the MERN stack.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and GraphQL services with secure authentication and validation.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with designers, QA engineers, and product managers throughout the development cycle.
• Manage version control and CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure high code quality and consistency.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems and applications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in MERN stack development.
• Must have practical experience in deploying, managing, and scaling applications on AWS
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with React state management (Redux / Zustand / Context API).
• Understanding of authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, or Passport.js.
• Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and continuous integration tools.
• Strong command of MongoDB with schema design, indexing, and aggregation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to write clean, optimized, and scalable code with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Docker, Vercel, or Netlify.
