Mern Stack Developer

Mind You Infotech is seeking a talented and motivated MERN Full Stack Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. You will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, collaborating closely with designers, project managers, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack




Build responsive and interactive user interfaces with React.js




Develop server-side logic, APIs, and database structures using Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop high-impact solutions




Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance




Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications




Implement best practices for code quality, security, and performance




Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role




Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and Express.js




Hands-on experience with MongoDB and RESTful APIs




Knowledge of version control tools like Git




Familiarity with modern front-end tools, frameworks, and design principles




Understanding of deployment processes and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus




Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail




Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or Redux




Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines




Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
