Key Roles & Responsibilities
Campus Recruitment & Engagement
Coordinate with colleges, universities, and training institutes for recruitment drives, job fairs, seminars, and orientation sessions.
Conduct pre-placement talks, company presentations, and Q&A sessions with students.
Organize assessment tests, group discussions, and interviews on campus.
Act as the liaison between company leadership and the college’s Training & Placement Officer (TPO).
Talent Acquisition
Source fresh talent through campus hiring, internship programs, and job portals.
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (from job posting to offer letter release).
HR Operations & Onboarding
Maintain student and candidate databases.
Handle offer letters, joining formalities, and induction programs for fresh hires.
Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Brand Building & Employer Relations
Promote the company as an employer of choice during campus sessions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with college placement cells and faculty.
Collect feedback from colleges and students to improve recruitment strategies.
