Job Description

You are a MERN Stack Developer joining the Lithium team at Grazitti Interactive. Your role involves designing and developing modern, scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and MongoDB. Working closely with global clients, you will be transforming complex requirements into clean, efficient code. If you find satisfaction in solving real-world problems and creating impactful digital solutions, this is an opportunity for you to grow within a team that prioritizes innovation and performance. Your responsibilities include building full-stack applications using the MERN stack, collaborating with design and product teams to convert UI/UX designs into functional software, implementing responsive front-end components and scalable back-end services, integrating APIs and third-party tools, engaging in technical discussions, code reviews, and peer feedback, ensuring code quality through unit testing and documentation, optimizing applications for speed, performance, and scalability, maintaining and improving existing applications, and following internal QMS and ISMS processes for quality and security compliance. Key Skills required for this role include 3-5 years of experience in React and Node.js, proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, familiarity with REST APIs, MongoDB, and MySQL/PostgreSQL, strong Git version control and branching experience, ability to write modular, reusable, and testable code, knowledge of automation testing tools like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress, excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills, clear understanding of performance optimization techniques, good communication skills for direct client interaction, exposure to Salesforce and online community platforms (Khoros, Vanilla, HigherLogic, Gainsight) is a plus, and experience in product-based environments is advantageous.,
