Role Overview

Genovation Technological Solutions Private Limited is looking for a talented and enthusiastic MERN Stack Developer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for building responsive, high-performance web applications and contributing to the full development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

•⁠ ⁠Build and integrate REST APIs for frontend-backend communication.

•⁠ ⁠Implement intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX designs using React.js.

•⁠ ⁠Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with backend, DevOps, and design teams to deliver cohesive product features.

•⁠ ⁠Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.

•⁠ ⁠Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and sprint planning.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure seamless deployment and integration in cloud environments.

Required Skills & Experience

•⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and modern development concepts.

•⁠ ⁠Experience in API development, integration, and testing.

•⁠ ⁠Good understanding of UI/UX fundamentals and frontend design principles.

•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with Git for version control.

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, and WebSocket communication.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to debug issues efficiently and optimize code for performance.

Preferred (Good to Have)

•⁠ ⁠Exposure to Cloud/DevOps environments (AWS / Azure / GCP).

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or containerized workflows.

•⁠ ⁠Experience working with authentication frameworks (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
