MERN Stack Developer | Work From Office | Ahmedabad reverseBits is on the lookout for a skilled MERN Stack Developer with 1–3 years of experience to join our fast-growing team. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js . Translate business requirements into technical solutions with clean, maintainable code. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services for front-end applications. Write efficient backend logic and connect to databases with secure, optimized queries. Build responsive and accessible UI components using React.js and Tailwind CSS . Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, QA, and backend engineers. Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices to maintain high code quality. Debug and troubleshoot issues in development and production environments. Stay current with new technologies, tools, and best practices in full-stack development. Requirements 1–3 years of hands-on experience with the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) , HTML, and CSS. TypeScript experience with React or Node.js. Experience with Redux or Context API for state management in React. Practical experience with MongoDB queries , schema design, and indexing. Good understanding of REST APIs and/or GraphQL integration . Familiarity with Git and collaborative version control workflows. Experience with responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility. Understanding of Express.js middleware , routing, and server-side logic. Exposure to AWS or other cloud services is a plus. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile team. Nice to Have Hands-on with Docker , Kubernetes , or other containerization tools. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies. Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest , Mocha , or Cypress .
