Discover WebTech is Hiring : MERN Stack Developer Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Job Type: Full-time, Onsite Requirements: Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience working with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js). Core Skills: Strong proficiency with JavaScript (ES6+). Solid understanding of Node.js and related frameworks/libraries (e.g., Express, Async, Lodash, Socket.io). Experience working with server-side templating languages (Jade, EJS, etc.). Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3). Familiarity with RESTful APIs for communication between client and server. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms , such as JSON Web Token (JWT) . Experience with front-end development tools (Webpack, NPM, Babel). Familiarity with code versioning tools like Git or SVN . React.js Expertise: Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles. Hands-on experience with React workflows (e.g., Flux, Redux). Familiarity with newer ECMAScript specifications (ES6+ features like async/await, destructuring, arrow functions). Business and Design Skills: Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications . Experience in translating designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive code. Preferred Skills: UI/UX: Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices . Testing: Familiarity with unit testing and debugging using frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Chai. Cloud: Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS , Google Cloud , or Azure is a plus.
