Position:Expert in Cold Calling & Cold E-mailing Location: Indore (Hybrid Work Setup) Experience: 3+ Years in IT Industry (Relevant Experience) Salary: ₹9 LPA to ₹13 LPA Shift Timing: US Work Hours (Night Shift) Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in cold calling, cold emailing , and lead generation within the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have the ability to generate and convert leads into long-term clients while building valuable relationships. If you are self-motivated, strategic, and have a passion for sales, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities: Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients via phone calls and emails to generate leads. Sales Pitching: Effectively pitch our IT solutions and services to prospective clients, converting leads into valuable customers. Client Relationship Management: Foster strong and lasting relationships with both existing and potential clients to drive repeat business. Market Research: Keep up with the latest trends, technologies, and business opportunities in the IT industry. Sales Strategy Execution: Implement and track sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs. CRM & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and provide weekly progress reports. Objection Handling: Address client concerns and use persuasive techniques to close deals successfully. Networking & Outreach: Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to build connections and expand the client base. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, ideally within the IT industry. Strong cold calling skills with the ability to convert leads into customers effectively. Familiarity with IT technologies such as MERN, MEAN, Python is a plus. Exceptional communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of independent lead generation and deal closures. Strong resilience and the ability to handle rejection and objections effectively. Self-starter, target-driven, and able to perform in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with B2B/B2C sales and working in international markets. Knowledge of IT industry trends, digital marketing, and sales automation tools.
