Business Development Manager (BDM) – Cold Calling & Cold E-mailing Expert Location: Indore (hybrid) Experience: 3+ Years in IT Industry (relevant) Salary: 9 LPA to 13 LPA Shift Timing: US Work Hours ( Night Shift ) Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Manager (BDM) with a proven track record in cold calling and lead generation . The ideal candidate should be a go-getter, persuasive communicator, and target-driven professional who can generate business through strategic outreach and relationship-building. Key Responsibilities: Cold Calling & Lead Generation – Identify and contact potential clients via cold calls, emails, and follow-ups Pitching & Sales – Deliver compelling sales pitches to convert prospects into customers Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with leads and clients Market Research – Identify new business opportunities and track industry trends Sales Strategy Execution – Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets CRM & Reporting – Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools and provide regular sales reports Objection Handling – Address client concerns and effectively negotiate deals Networking & Outreach – Attend industry events, webinars, and networking meetings to expand business opportunities Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Business Development-Sales Exceptional cold calling skills with a high conversion rate Knowledge of IT technologies like MERN, MEAN & Python is preferred.
