Job Description

Role Overview: As a Mergers and Acquisitions Technical Project Manager at Mastercard, your main responsibility will be to develop project plans using Microsoft Project for M&A integrations. You will be tasked with creating project plans, guiding them through the intake process, and developing portfolio items in Rally for multiple projects within the Mastercard Technology organization. Additionally, you will collaborate with integration Program Managers and TPM counterparts to maintain project plans, identify issues, blockers, and risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders using various tools like MS Project, Rally, DOMO dashboards, PowerPoint, and Word. Key Responsibilities: - Develop project plans using Microsoft Project for M&A integrations - Guide projects through the intake process and develop portfolio items in Rally - Collaborate with integration Program Managers and TPM counterparts to maintain project plans - Identify and resolve issues and blockers within your scope of control - Escalate larger program level issues to integration Program Managers - Provide regular updates to stakeholders using MS Project, Rally, DOMO dashboards, PowerPoint, and Word Qualifications Required: - Project Management experience in a technical environment with emphasis on MS Project - Proficiency in MS Project and Rally (ALM) or JIRA for Critical Path analysis and risk assessment - Experience with dependency mapping, baselines, deadlines, Gantt charts, and reporting - Attention to detail and ability to work autonomously or collaboratively - Experience in agile and waterfall delivery models - Strong communication skills for presenting to peers and executive leadership - Curiosity for continuous learning and data-driven decision-making - Relationship-building skills and ability to influence global teams - Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred) - PMP and/or Agile (SAFe) certifications (desired) (Note: The Corporate Security Responsibility section has been omitted from the Job Description as it is not directly related to the role's responsibilities.),
