Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst

We are seeking an energetic Business Analyst to expand our M&A clientele through customer discovery and exploring new & untapped business opportunities. Our ideal candidate is someone who is an initiative taker, a quick learner and highly skills.

ResponsibilitiesYou will be playing an active role in all aspects of client engagement. This includes gathering & analyzing information, formulating hypotheses, and communicating recommendations. You will also have the opportunity to present results to leadership.You will own a few buy-side mandates in IT Services/Technology/FinTech/Consumer Goods sector and be responsible for building a transaction funnel for the client.Analyze client's requirements, source companies and communicate to the further stages.Identify and qualify potential targets through outbound efforts such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach (in India, US)Identify decision-makers, reach out to them, and schedule meetings to onboard them.Be proactive at figuring out creative ways to reach out and smartly navigate your way to get in touch with decision-makers. Own content templates and strategy for reach outsBuild relationships with the targets and nurture them over timeFollow best practices and automation and ensure client deliveryPush deals to the transaction space and close dealsMaintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications & Requirements

1+ years of strategy, corporate finance, M&A or due diligence experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, accounting firm or major corporation

B. Com, BBA, MBA graduate Excellent verbal & written English, and proficiency with MS Office tool
