Merchant Trainer & Technical Support (Field)

As a Technical Support Engineer at our company, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical assistance to our Restaurant Partners in the field. Here are the key details of the role: **Role Overview:** - Visit our Restaurant Partners in the Field to provide service and customer support during field visits. - Install our POS software in their System/Device and offer training about our product to our client. - Diagnose errors or technical problems, determine proper solutions, and resolve queries promptly. - Build positive relationships with customers and identify solutions to software and hardware issues. - Troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration. - Communicate with clients through various channels until technical issues are resolved and properly logged. - Proven work experience in help desk support, tech support, non-tech support, or software support is required. - Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments and a good understanding of computer systems and tech products is essential. - Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues, familiarity with remote desktop applications, and excellent problem-solving skills are necessary. - Must have good written and verbal communication skills and be customer-service focused. - Ability to provide step-by-step technical help both in written and verbal form. **Qualification Required:** - Bachelor's degree preferred. - Driving license required. - Fluency in English and Punjabi preferred. - Must be comfortable with 100% travel. - Must possess a 2-wheeler and a laptop.
