Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Merchant Acquisition professional located in Aurangabad. The role involves identifying and onboarding new merchants, building strong relationships with them, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. Key responsibilities include understanding merchant needs, guiding them through Paytm's services, and maintaining ongoing support to help them leverage the platform effectively. Collaboration with internal teams to address issues and execute merchant-focused strategies will be integral to this role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Relationship Management, Client Acquisition, and Negotiation
• Experience in Business Development, Sales Strategies, and Account Management
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with diverse stakeholders
• Knowledge of digital payment systems and a passion for promoting innovative financial solutions
• Problem-solving abilities and readiness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Previous experience in similar roles or exposure to the fintech industry is a plus
• Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
