Merchandising Manager

Our mission is to bring the same trusted shopping experience to online customers, delivering trusted quality products at the lowest prices.

Role: We are looking for a results-oriented and experienced In-app Merchandising Manager for our Ecommerce Shopping app.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Presentation: Optimizing product listings within the app, including visuals, descriptions, and pricing to maximize appeal.

App Layout and Navigation: Structuring the app's layout and navigation to ensure a smooth and intuitive shopping experience.

Promotions and Deals: Creating and implementing promotional campaigns, showcasing special offers, and managing pricing strategies within the app.

Data Analysis and Optimization: Analysing user behaviour and purchase patterns to identify areas for improvement and optimize the app's merchandising.

Collaboration: Working with marketing, product and category teams to align merchandising strategies with overall business goals.

Customer Insights: Understanding user behaviour and decision-making criteria for in-app purchases.

Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in app-merchandising within ECommerce.Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and merchandising practices.

· Data analysis skills to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Familiarity with mobile app development and user interface/user experience principles.

Preferred Qualification:

· Good understanding of the Tamil Nadu market, with experience in local consumer behaviour
