Merchandising Manager

As a Merchandising Manager at the Garments Export House located in Noida, you will be responsible for overseeing the merchandising activities for apparels. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely production and delivery of apparels. - Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and sales to ensure alignment on product requirements and timelines. - Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards of product quality. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in merchandising within the apparel industry. - Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external partners. - Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to address challenges in the supply chain and production process.
