Merchandiser/Business Development Executive (Export Industry)

We are looking for a smart, proactive Merchandiser / Business Development Executive to handle international buyers, costing, sampling, and order coordination.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in hardware / metal / export industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with international buyers through email, WhatsApp, and calls.
• Prepare quotations, costing, proforma invoices, and product details.
• Coordinate with production, QC, packing, and dispatch departments.
• Handle sampling, follow-ups, and buyer approvals.
• Manage order timelines, follow up on shipments, and maintain documentation.
• Research international markets and find new buyers.
• Maintain records of pricing, orders, samples, and product data.

Required Skills

• Strong English communication (written + verbal).
• Experience in exports, merchandising, or international business.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, costing, and documentation.
• Ability to handle multiple orders and follow-up professionally.
• Knowledge of hardware/metal products is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,586.42 - ₹25,000.60 per month
