Company Description W.H. Deeth & Company specializes in the export of high-quality carpets and rugs for over 5 decades to countries like USA, UK, UAE, and parts of the EU. The company caters to high-end interior designers, design-based firms for hospitality and custom residential projects, as well as small to large individual retailers for bulk production targeted towards mass public buying. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser located in Delhi, India. The Merchandiser will be responsible for overseeing the production, product development, and promotion of carpets and rugs. Daily tasks include coordinating with suppliers, controlling quality, creating merchandising strategies, and liaising with customers to understand their needs. Qualifications Communication and Vendors and Customers Sales and Production co ordination experience Marketing knowledge Experience in the textile or home decor industry Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Show more Show less
