Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with buyers for order requirements, approvals, and communication. Develop and manage samples (fit, proto, PP, TOP) as per buyer specifications and timelines. Prepare detailed costings and negotiate pricing with buyers and vendors. Source fabrics, trims, and accessories; manage supplier communications and purchase orders. Track production schedules to ensure on-time delivery. Collaborate with production, QA, and logistics teams for smooth execution. Ensure compliance with quality standards and handle buyer inspections. Prepare and manage shipping documents and coordinate dispatch. Maintain strong professional relationships with buyers and internal teams. Additional Skills Needed: Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and production processes. Proficiency in Excel, emails, and ERP (if applicable). Excellent time management, negotiation, and communication skills.
