Job Description

Job Description:

Handle the complete merchandising process from development to final production.
Source fabrics and trims as per design requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and production teams.
Follow up on sampling and ensure timely approvals.
Track production timelines and ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain quality standards throughout the process.
Keep records of orders, samples, and production details.

Requirements:

Prior experience in fabric sourcing and production coordination.
Knowledge of women’s ethnic wear is a big plus.
Basic design knowledge preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser who has a good understanding of fashion design, fabric sourcing, sampling, and production coordination.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
