Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively and demonstrate good communication skills
• Coordinate and act as the main point of contact for buyers, relay their requirements, and provide updates on samples and orders
• Understand and analyze buyer or customer requirements thoroughly
• Coordinate and collaborate with sampling teams to ensure on-time delivery and manage the Time & Action calendar
• Source and procure materials by coordinating with suppliers for raw materials like leather and trims, and work with manufacturers to ensure timely delivery
• Oversee and verify that samples are being made correctly
• Maintain and organize sample records including pictures and technical sheets with every detail of the style
• Analyze and calculate product costing with a strong understanding of material, labor, overheads, and margins
• Ensure and manage sample approvals by buyers
