Roles and Responsibilities

Manage inventory levels at assigned stores/locations to ensure optimal stock mix, quantity, and value alignment with city PDP.
Develop sales skills of store staff across all channels in the region through training programs.
Improve same-city fulfillment by optimizing logistics operations and reducing transit times.
Collaborate with other functions (e.g., marketing, supply chain) to drive business growth initiatives such as anniversaries, Melas, collection launches, etc.
Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Sheets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
