Role Description Responsible for coordinating fabric inward/outward movements, monitoring production, and ensuring on-time order execution. The role involves handling buyer inspections, leading QC and production teams, and maintaining accurate records using Excel, Word, and email communication. Must have a good understanding of tech packs and measurement charts. Key Responsibilities: Follow up on all fabric inward and outward movements through different processing stages. Coordinate with suppliers, mills, and production units for timely deliveries. Understand and review tech packs and measurement charts to ensure product accuracy. Lead QC and production teams , ensuring quality and delivery targets are met. Prepare and offer orders for buyer inspections and follow up on approvals. Maintain Excel and Word reports, update daily status, and communicate through email. Skills & requirements: Strong in MS Excel, Word, and email communication . Good knowledge of fabric types, production flow, and quality standards . Ability to handle and guide QC and production teams . Experience in buyer inspection coordination .
