Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Merchandiser to join our team at Aari Taari. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, selecting, and managing product assortments, analyzing fashion trends, and ensuring smooth inventory and budget management. This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Selection & Assortment Planning – Curate and manage product assortments aligned with brand identity and customer preferences.
• Trend Analysis & Forecasting – Research market trends, competitors, and customer insights to anticipate fashion demands.
• Inventory Management – Monitor stock levels, ensure product availability, and coordinate replenishments to avoid overstock/shortage.
• Budget Management – Plan and manage merchandising budgets to optimize sales and profitability.
• Team Collaboration & Leadership – Coordinate with design, production, and sales teams to execute merchandising strategies effectively.
• Basic Computer Skills – Use MS Excel, Word, and other basic tools for reporting, analysis, and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in merchandising (fashion/apparel industry preferred).
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and customer buying behavior.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
