About the Role:

MEP Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot electrical panels, HVAC systems, plumbing lines, pumps, motors, and related equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols
• Coordinate with supervisors and report daily work status
• Attend emergency breakdown calls across assigned locations in Mumbai

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in MEP/Facility Management preferred
• Knowledge of building services, HVAC, electrical distribution, and plumbing
• Ability to work independently and travel across Mumbai sites
• Immediate joiners preferred
