MEP TECHNICIAN

As an MEP Technician at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems across multiple sites in Mumbai. Key Responsibilities: - Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems - Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance - Troubleshoot electrical panels, HVAC systems, plumbing lines, pumps, motors, and related equipment - Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols - Coordinate with supervisors and report daily work status - Attend emergency breakdown calls across assigned locations in Mumbai Qualifications Required: - 3 years of experience in MEP/Facility Management preferred - Knowledge of building services, HVAC, electrical distribution, and plumbing - Ability to work independently and travel across Mumbai sites In addition to a competitive salary of 20,000 per month, you will also receive Travelling Allowance, PF, and ESIC benefits.
