MEP STORE & INVENTORY MANAGER

• Manage all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) material storage and inventory control at project site/store.
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams for timely material deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Implement stock tracking systems (manual or ERP-based) for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) inventory.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and segregation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting materials.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Monitor critical stock levels and issue alerts for reordering.
• Ensure proper handling and preservation of sensitive equipment (e.g., chillers, switchgear).
• Implement safety protocols in material handling and storage areas..
• Coordinate returns, scrap disposal, and warranty claims.
• Familiarity with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) materials, fittings, cables, and HVAC components
• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred).
• 7–10 years of experience in construction/M&E store management.
• Knowledge of inventory software like SAP, Oracle, or MS Excel-based systems.
• Candidates from construction field will be preferred.
• Good Knowledge of Adv Excel & Tally.
• Good Communication & organizational skills.
• Candidates should be nearby to Kirti Nagar (within the range of 10 to 20 km)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
