Job Description

Inspections & Approvals:

Conduct inspections for MEP works, HVAC systems, firefighting, plumbing, electrical installations, and welding activities.
Approve materials and technical documents as per specifications and standards.

Testing & Commissioning:

Oversee equipment testing and commissioning for chillers, pumps, ducts, piping systems, fire safety equipment, and electrical panels.
Perform non-destructive tests (NDT) like visual inspection, liquid penetrant testing, and others.

Documentation:

Prepare and maintain QAPs, ITPs, method statements, inspection reports, and quality certifications.
Review material test certificates and calibration reports.

Process Improvements:

Ensure compliance with quality standards (IS, AWS, ASME, ASTM).
Monitor structural fabrication and erection, painting thickness, and on-site adjustments using AutoCAD.
