Job Title: MEP Engineer (With ELV System Exposure)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented MEP Engineer for our Prayagraj

project site. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in

handling Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems with strong exposure to

ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm systems, PA

systems, BMS, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and supervise all MEP-related site activities (Mechanical, Electrical,

HVAC, FF & FA & ELV System).

• Review technical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and ensure to execute the work as

per the approved drawings.

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and other departments for timely project

execution.

• Evaluate and approve MEP shop drawings and materials.

• Ensure proper installation, Testing and commissioning of ELV systems including:

• CCTV Surveillance Systems
• Fire Alarm and Detection Systems
• Access Control and Intercom
• Public Address Systems
• Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Flight Information Display Systems

• Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project standards

and safety regulations.

• Lead troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning of all systems.

• Monitor project progress and submit reports to the Project Manager.

• Maintain documentation related to MEP and ELV activities for audits and handovers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in MEP works in medium to large-scale

construction projects.

• Proven experience in managing ELV systems end-to-end.

• Strong knowledge of MEP coordination, local codes, and safety standards.

• Ability to read and interpret techni

• cal drawings and schematics.

• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.

• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Preferred:

• Experience working on Airport Terminal Buildings, Railway stations & institutional

projects.

• Certification or training in ELV/BMS systems will be an added advantage.
