Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and proactive MEP Engineer with a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in building projects. The ideal candidate should possess practical knowledge in design, site supervision, and estimation as per relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare building drawings, load schedules, and single line diagrams using AutoCAD and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Perform lighting calculations, cable sizing, breaker selection, and earth system installation planning.
• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), quotation comparisons, and complete tender estimations using CPWD DSR and PRICE software.
• Monitor and supervise Electrical, Plumbing, ELV (Extra-Low Voltage), and Fire Protection works at the site.
• Ensure all work aligns with approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable codes and standards.
• Conduct daily site inspections, schedule labor activities, track progress, and update targets accordingly.
• Coordinate and attend meetings with internal teams or clients to address any technical queries or work-related issues.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP construction or building services (insert experience as applicable).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Excel.
• Familiarity with CPWD standards, DSR, and estimation tools like PRICE.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and on-site coordination.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
