Job Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Prepare drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project teams to ensure MEP works align with overall project timelines.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality guidelines, and local regulations.
• Support project estimation, tendering, and vendor management activities.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and Drainage).
• Experience in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Familiar with IS codes, NBC, and relevant building standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,969.34 - ₹35,170.82 per month
