MEP Engineer

As a Project Engineer, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Reviewing and verifying design documents and drawings submitted by consultants and contractors. - Adding value to the project by proposing new technologies, methods, and processes. - Coordinating with all stakeholders of the project and independently driving your assigned domain. - Following up with consultants and contractors for timely issuance and correctness of drawings, documents, and 3D models. - Ensuring proper coordination with different contractors on-site for the timely completion of work. - Resolving site issues assertively and foreseeing issues in advance to prepare mitigation plans and manage change orders. - Recording and monitoring the progress of work, enforcing quality plans and work methodologies, and ensuring quality compliance at the site. - Supporting the quantity surveyor for site quantity verification and ensuring timely receipt of bills from contractors for processing by the back office. - Enforcing and ensuring safety at the site, acting as a safety champion throughout the project. - Ensuring statutory and regulatory compliances are followed throughout the project and supporting contractors for labor compliance as per the rules. Additionally, the company values your experience in Industrial Projects and specifically in Warehouse and Manufacturing Unit projects. The preferred experience for this role is 6 years in MEP. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the designated location.,
