1. Experience with design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems such as HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), fire protection, and plumbing.
2. Proficiency in designing electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and low voltage systems.
3. Knowledge of plumbing system design, including water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems.
4. Experience in commissioning MEP systems to ensure they meet design specifications and performance requirements.
5. Ability to manage MEP design projects from conception to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with other disciplines.
