Interior 2D Draftman

Interior Designer Primary Role: To accurately do the interior 2d drawings and estimate the costs associated with interior design projects, including materials, labor, and other expenses, ensuring that projects stay within budget. Cost Analysis: Evaluate design plans and specifications to determine cost estimates. Research and obtain quotes for materials, furnishings, and finishes. Assess labor costs and subcontractor fees. Budget Preparation: Develop detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects. Monitor and update cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle. Collaboration: Work closely with interior designers to understand design intent and project scope. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to gather accurate pricing information. Review and analyze bid proposals and negotiate with vendors as needed. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of cost estimates, quotes, and project changes. Prepare and submit reports on cost estimates and budget status. Key Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in estimation software and tools. Knowledge of interior design materials and finishes. Communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in cost calculations. Experience and Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field. 1 years of experience in cost estimation within the interior design industry.
