Key Responsibilities & Skills required

· Design and Planning:

Mechanical system layouts, specifications, and schematics, considering factors like energy efficiency developing, building codes, and client requirements.

· Installation and Supervision:

Overseeing the installation of mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations, and coordinating with other trades.

· Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

Diagnosing and resolving issues with mechanical systems, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring systems operate as intended.

· Project Management:

Managing timelines, budgets, and resources for mechanical projects, potentially working with multiple projects simultaneously.

· Technical Expertise:

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, fire suppression, and related technologies.

· Communication and Collaboration:

Working effectively with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.

· Education:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

· Experience:

· Certifications - Certifications in areas like HVAC design, plumbing, or fire protection may be beneficial.
