Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive MEP Engineer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for architectural and interior design projects. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in site coordination, project execution, and technical problem-solving, especially in the commercial and corporate workspace sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and oversee implementation of MEP systems across residential, commercial, and corporate interior projects.

Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to ensure MEP integration with overall project designs.

Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related issues during project execution.

Review technical drawings, prepare BOQs, and assist in cost estimations.

Monitor project progress and prepare technical reports as needed.

Ensure timely completion of MEP works as per project schedule.

Candidate Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP execution, preferably in interior or corporate workspace projects.

Proficiency in MEP design software and AutoCAD.

Strong technical understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.

Excellent problem-solving and team coordination skills.

Fluent in Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu (preferred for effective site coordination).

Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
