MEP Design Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for preparing accurate final MEP civil drawings from approved floor plans, ensuring code compliance and constructability. Additionally, you will design and optimize HVAC systems for retail, focusing on energy efficiency, comfort, and space utilization. Your role will involve planning efficient routing of ducting, piping, and cable trays to maximize usable retail space and aesthetics. Aligning MEP layouts with brand design guidelines for lighting, HVAC visibility, and store layouts will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will apply retail project experience to address space constraints, fast rollouts, and customer-centric design. Coordinating with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and vendors to resolve design conflicts will be essential. You will also be required to maintain quality control, documentation protocols, and ensure compliance through peer reviews.
