MEP Coordinator

As a MEP Design Manager, your main responsibilities will include reviewing design documents to assess accuracy and feasibility, coordinating installation schedules for MEP systems, managing subcontractors to ensure projects are executed within budget, ensuring compliance with building codes and project specifications, resolving technical and site issues, and coordinating with other professionals such as architects and structural engineers to integrate MEP systems seamlessly with the overall building design. You will also be responsible for scheduling and witnessing testing and commissioning at all stages of the works, contributing to construction design and management, and considering health and safety aspects. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. As part of the application process, we would like to know if you have knowledge in MEP Designing.
