Mentorship for Sociology

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Sociology Mentor to guide and support UPSC aspirants. The role involves personalized mentorship, doubt resolution, answer writing evaluation, and strategy planning for Sociology Optional (Paper I & II).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one mentorship and group sessions for Sociology Optional.
• Guide students in structuring and improving answer writing.
• Clarify doubts and enhance conceptual clarity.
• Evaluate test papers and provide constructive feedback.
• Help students align preparation with UPSC trends and expectations.
• Support students with study plans, booklists, and time management strategies.

Requirements:

• Postgraduate degree in Sociology (preferably NET/PhD).
• Prior experience in UPSC mentorship/teaching preferred.
• Strong grasp of the UPSC Sociology syllabus and past trends.
• Good communication and analytical skills.

Preferred:

• Experience as a successful aspirant or past UPSC interviewee.
• Ability to design notes, model answers, and value-added material.
