Company Description ClaimPro Assist is a tech-based startup located in Gurgaon, specializing in accident vehicle repair and claims management. We maintain the largest network of commercial truck accident repair workshops and offer services such as crane and hydra support, advocate services for drivers, truck bail, and local mechanics for on-time restoration. Our goal is to provide professional and efficient accident repair solutions. Role Description This is a remote role for a Mentor at ClaimPro Assist. As a Mentor, you will provide guidance and support to our clients and network members. Your daily tasks will include mentoring individuals, helping them navigate accident repair processes, and resolving any issues they may encounter. You will also be responsible for maintaining a connection with our network of workshops, advocates, and service providers to ensure seamless operations. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in mentoring, coaching, or providing professional guidance Understanding of vehicle repair and accident claim processes Organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and remotely Knowledge of the commercial trucking industry is a plus Relevant certifications or a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred Show more Show less
