Responsibilities :

The proposed role is responsible for building a scaled Centre of Excellence in the stated area, which will be single point of reference for all of Sales, Pre-sales and Project Execution activities.

Following would be some of the key roles and responsibilities:

• Build deep expertise in the products identified
• Establish strong relationship with alliances and partners in these areas
• Build a scaled functional and technology organization - plan for resource and competency building in line with business plans
• Build competency centers in relevant areas to support development of tools and accelerators to support the delivery
• Establish industry expertise across the value chain by building teams, assets and solutions that are critical to success
• Provide oversight to large / strategic transformative engagements with our clients, participate in steering committees, address issues and challenges in delivery, execution, support - participate in programs in advisory / partner role as per need.
• Work with larger COEs to provide proactive PoVs to key clients to drive their transformation around the new age trends
• Support presales teams with contextual knowledge and project expertise
• Work with the front-line sales and program teams to engage with the CXO leadership in key accounts to build long term relationships to sight opportunities ahead of their formal bidding, shape the opportunities.
• Co-ordinate with external partners (where necessary) to define product leverage for client needs / connects with local boutique partners and firms for niche solutions.
