Job Title: Director Project / Program Management

Location:Pune,Bangalore,Hyderabad

Experience: 22-27 yrs

Technology stacks (Java / .NET.):

• Establish and maintain top-level project governance and executive stakeholder alignment
• Drive adoption of best engineering and delivery practices from inception to production
• Own delivery strategy, execution, and client relationships across business units
• Support GDO/BU initiatives and strategic delivery efforts
• Oversee multiple delivery streams and ensure outcome-based execution

Experience & Expertise:

• 20+ years in IT, with 8+ years in delivery/Program management, Solution Architecture, Engineering roles
• Experience as Delivery Manager, Program Manager, Account Manager
• Hands-on understanding of software engineering and technical decision-making
• Proven ability to manage delivery from financial, sourcing, and business perspectives
• Track record of delivering on fixed timelines and hard commitments
• Skilled in forming vision and aligning delivery teams to strategic goals

Ability to guide others (including client) on how to set up architecture governance process

Build trusted partnerships
Additional sub-skills/abilities described in Child and related skills. *Expert+ should be able to Scale and own trusted partnership across business unit

Account level/P&L management

Ability to build and maintain Delivery governance and Supervision frameworks on the Account level.Ability to set up and drive teams of several Projects/Streams within a Program/Project with a number of Project Coordinators / Delivery Managers without direct team management.
Portfolio - manage Program Managers. Able to motivate teams toward Portfolio/Programs goals. Business unit - manage organization strategy. Shape teams accordingly to the strategic goals. Additional sub-skills/abilities are described in Child and related skills.
