Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries via live chat for international banking clients
  
• Assist customers with account-related inquiries, transactions, and general banking services
  
• Provide accurate information regarding products such as savings accounts, credit cards, loans, and digital banking
  
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining quality and compliance standards
  
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions (where applicable)
  
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection and banking regulations
  
• Document customer interactions and update records accurately in internal systems
  
• Meet performance metrics including response time, customer satisfaction, and quality scores

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent written communication skills in English
  
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
  
• Basic knowledge of banking concepts and financial services
  
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
  
• Good typing speed and attention to detail
  
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including nights, if required)Write
