Job Title: HR Technology Operations Specialist

Date: December 20th, 2025

Timings: 10:00 AM 12:30 PM

Venue: Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, Think Campus , Electronic City Phase 2, Bengaluru - 560100

Shift: Should be comfortable with Night Shift & 24x7 Rotational Support. Work from Office only

Experience Required: 2-8 years

  • Step 4: Select "BPO" in areas of interest and complete the registration. (Fill the details)

  • Step 5: Once completed, your TCS no. will be generated which starts from EP2025XXXX.

  • Step 6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.

Mandatory Documents to carry:

  • Candidates must have a registered EP ID

  • TCS Online Application Form

  • Hard Copy of Resume

  • 2 Copy Recent Passport Size Photographs

  • Original and 2 photocopy of Govt. ID proof (Aadhaar Card or PAN Card)

Eligibility:

  • Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

  • Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts

Good to Have

Exposure to API/integration monitoring (error logs, retries) and basic SQL/querying concepts.

Experience with automation (RPA/Power Automate/macros) and template standardization.

Knowledge of data privacy (DPDP/GDPR concepts), rolebased access design.

Certifications in SuccessFactors/Workday/SAP HR, ITIL, or SQL basics.

Role Responsibilities

Advanced troubleshooting: workflow errors, rule conflicts, failed emails/alerts; correct configuration issues.

Data operations: run mass uploads; perform pre/postload reconciliations; fix rejects.

Integration support: monitor interfaces (to Payroll/Benefits/IAM); triage failures, coordinate reruns and corrections.

Change management: draft change requests, impact assessments; support UAT and release preparation.

Controls & evidence: maintain auditready documentation; enforce makerchecker controls.

Reporting & reconciliation: build/validate reports; reconcile HRIS vs payroll/GL; publish defect/SLA dashboards.

Process improvement: refine SOPs/KBA; mentor L1; propose automation to reduce manual work.

Generic Managerial Skills :

Stakeholder management (HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, Vendors).

Analytical thinking; rootcause and data reconciliation.

Risk awareness; call out gaps and propose mitigations.

Coaching and quality review for L1 outputs.

Continuous improvement mindset.
