    Familiarity with property-related terminology (preferred) or willingness to learn

    Ability to understand endtoend conveyancing processes and key interactions

English Proficiency (IELTS Level 6 or Equivalent)

  • Reading:

    Understand legal and conveyancing documents to identify compliance requirements
  • Writing:

    Drafting accurate and professional emails, reports, and documentation
  • Listening/Speaking:

    Engage professionally with stakeholders in Australia; clear interpretation of legal documentation

BPO Process Awareness

  • Understanding of outsourcing processes, SLAs, and compliancerelated KPI metrics

Stakeholder Liaison

  • Coordination with internal teams (Legal, Development, Sales, Conveyancing)
  • Act as a point of contact for

    Stockland

    in the conveyancing workflow

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

    Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and prepare accurate reports
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Intermediate):

    Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint
  • Tech Adaptability:

    Ability to learn and operate tools such as:
    • PEXA (Property Exchange Australia)
    • Salesforce
    • SAP
    • SharePoint
    • CTS (Contract Lifecycle Management)
